Carrefour Beausoleil Foodservice

Our food service, under the branding of Chef Pat, is overseen by Chef Pat Mills. A 35-year veteran of the food service industry, is focused on the preparation and service of foods made from locally sourced products.

Our primary focus is on the feeding of our daycare children, the students and personnel of Ecole Carrefour Beausoleil and the personnel of the Carrefour.

We also offer a wide range of foods for our catering service whether it being in-house or off site. We will custom design menus to any request including any dietary requirements. From hors d’oeuvres, buffets or plated meals, we aim to provide locally sourced, in house produced foods for any event.

The third component of our foodservice, is the preparation of value-added products such as a variety of tomato sauces, muffin mixes and other items offered to over 35 schools province wide and to coffee shops across the region.
